RETURNS

Our policy is valid for three days after delivery. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if your package has been delivered for more than three days. Only if an incorrect or damaged item is received will a refund or exchange be granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was sent to you. It must also be in its shipping box. Please create an UNBOXING VIDEO. Furthermore, if you discover a fault within the goods after cracking the seal, we ask that you create a proper VIDEO for proof during the opening. Furthermore, your refund request must be received by us within 3 days after the delivery date. Because our items are consumables (excluding the shaker bottle and merchandise), if you open the product’s Protection SEAL, it is non-returnable under any circumstances. There will be no exchanges or refunds if you DO NOT LIKE THE FLAVOR. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The confirmation or rejection of your payment will also be notified to you by us.  Within seven to ten business days, working days, if it is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original form of payment. You can notify us or the delivery person directly to refuse delivery when you wish to cancel your order while it is in transit, out for delivery, or DENY THE DELIVERY. After we get the merchandise and have finished our product inspection, a refund will be started. Due to the fact that shipping fees are non-refundable by courier services, a refund will be initiated less than those fees. The amount of the refund will be reduced by the shipping costs.

CANCELLATION

Purchase cancellations must be made through email to behealthhynutrition7@gmail.com within 1 HOUR of placing the order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Check your personal checking Bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a refund yet. Then get in contact with your credit card company because it may take some time for the refund to show on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually a processing period. After following the above processes, please email us at behealthynutrition7@gmail.com to request your refund.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Unfortunately, only normal-price products may be returned; sale items are not eligible.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

Only if the item is damaged or faulty within three days of delivery will we replace or swap it. Email us at behealthynutrition7@gmail.com, or request a return email.

SHIPPING

Depending on your location, the product will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your purchase and delivered in around 5-7 Working Days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). It could take longer in specific circumstances, such as sales, natural disasters, and festivals. It can take some time for the merchandise to get to you, depending on where you reside. You can mail the item(s) yourself if you want to exchange it or return it.
